As The World Burns
(ATWBDnB) is Mark Prinsen en Michiel 'Skipp' van Buuren. A two man
noise-machine, comprising of a drummer too fast for his own good and an
egomaniacal bassist with way too much overdrive pedals!
Officially forming in
early 2007, they almost immediately went into hiatus due to their
activities in another band, Cry Blue Murder, but now they're back with
a vengeance!
Taking after acts like Lightning Bolt and Motörhead, ATWBDnB makes
stop-at-nothing, uncompromising and most of all deafeningly loud songs
leaving no room for guitar parts!
March 2012 As The World
Burns releases ‘Enter The Pelican’ on the world. A blistering 5 track
EP with more highs, more lows and even more volume than 2011s ‘The Rock
And Roll EP’

earplugs, As the World Burns accepts no liability for shattered
